@nattatouillez Really the antithesis of principles and practice we have to demonstrate in public invovlement.
Colleague had last-minute invite to #NHS Trust #PPI #JobInterview. Given less than 48 hours notice to attend in person and prep a 15-min PowerPoint presentation to send in advance. Told they were invited only because of dropouts so no flexibility on timings. What would you do?π€
@nattatouillez And what about candidates who are nurodiverse - surely this is discriminatory practice?

@BenRamanauskas I was predicted BBC at A-level and got CD and AS-level E in the end after two years of depression and an attempt at suicide. I did a foundation year, got into my first choice Uni Sussex a year later where I got a 2:1 and went on to do a PhD. I hope that helps?
@SueBrownSB You are welcome @SueBrownSB. I imagine this is one of those areas where the lived-experience of the MSK patient community is far ahead of the research and yet the guidelines are only considering published evidence which largely reflects the interest and careers of researchers.
