@TheWhackHack @ArkanSassyMomma 1/3 I've done lots of sports, have worked out, high protein diet and I work construction but no change.
I feel we have to be careful that this doesn't just turn in to a game where we dunk on folk who fall outside of the norm.
Some food for thought.

For instance my genetics will not allow me to put on weight I have a dangerously low BMI and people always comment on my body negatively, I'm male and apparently I should be bigger.
