7DS Origin — Akumu’s revamp, Quality 170 gear, 15-player battles and the road to 2027.

Here’s the full recap of Developer Notes #21, including today’s raid and Knighthood schedule notice.

VERSION 2.3
• Bonus locking for Enchantment and Engraved Equipment: no extra locking cost. Rerolls still use Gold + 1 Spell Bead or Remnant of the Rift.
• Second Memory of Dimensions Original Story: Gilthunder in Vanya.
• Akumu Season 2 revamp: different Elements lower Defense; destroying an Element Stone benefits that player, with an extra benefit when all stones are destroyed. Attack patterns and other mechanics are being reworked.
• Taranis Transcendence: each elite guarantees gear, randomly Greed Incarnate Quality 170 or Greedy Ruler 160. Greed Incarnate accessory substat types are fixed, values random. Up to 2 weekly Greed Incarnate chests. No new Pledges at launch, no clear time limit; party play is favored.

OCTOBER 23 SCHEDULE NOTICE
Knighthood Boss Battle closes after the Oct 26 weekly reset at 07:00 UTC (08:00 Paris). The new season begins after Oct 28 maintenance.
Mystic Keys, Chaos Keys and weekly raid reward claim counts will be reset during Oct 28 maintenance, then replenished only by the amount used before the update.

SECOND WEEK OF 2.3
• World Level 5 requires Book of Stars Lv.50 + its dungeon.
• Solo Frenzy: one random boss every 8h, up to 3 active. At 3, the cycle pauses; purifying one restarts it.
• Grand Frenzy: up to 15 players, 3 days/week including the weekend; 3 sessions/day, 8h apart, each open 3h. Daily reward cap; exact days/times not listed.
• Star Map is account-wide: solo rewards improve primary stats, multiplayer rewards secondary stats.

PLANNED / TARGETED FOR 2.4
• Armor used for Engraved crafting replaced by dedicated materials, obtained through one Boss Challenge. Other progression materials depend on the day.
• Separate ranking content: a rotating boss, competing for score within a set time instead of fastest clear.
• New Cordin Underground Waterway Raid.
• Equipment sorting and filters.

OTHER PLANS
• Late October: optimization, especially mobile heat.
• Enemy stats and clearer Raid Pledge checks in preparation.
• Pet growth through duplicates and a new 15-player event: no dates. The event is separate from Grand Frenzy.
• Burst Specialist/Support overlap and the Burst system remain under review, with no dated rework.
• New continent and bosses prepared for 2027. Collaborations explored, with no license/date announced.

GIFT
3M Gold + 30 Transcendence Refinement Stones + 10 Transcendence Engraving Stones + 5 Remnants of the Rift + 3 Engraver’s Fabric Scissors.
In-game mail; claim by Nov 17, 2026 at 14:59 UTC. Distribution start not specified.
