BREAKING: President Biden makes history by announcing that he will commute the sentences of nearly 1,500 non-violent offenders in the biggest single-day act of clemency in American history.

And it gets even better...

In addition to the commutations, Biden will pardon 39 other non-violent offenders including a military veteran who volunteers at a church and a nurse who helps with natural disaster responses.

"America was built on the promise of possibility and second chances," said Biden.

He explained that many of these individuals would receive much lighter sentences if they were convicted under today's laws and policies.

"As president, I have the great privilege of extending mercy to people who have demonstrated remorse and rehabilitation, restoring opportunity for Americans to participate in daily life and contribute to their communities, and taking steps to remove sentencing disparities for non-violent offenders, especially those convicted of drug offenses," the president added.

The 1,500 non-violent offenders have all been placed on home confinement for at least a year and according to the White House they have demonstrated "successful rehabilitation and a strong commitment to making their communities safer."

"The President has issued more sentence commutations at this point in his presidency than any of his recent predecessors at the same point in their first terms," the White House stated.

BREAKING: Billionaire Mark Cuban of Shark Tank fame exposes his theory about how MAGA oligarch Elon Musk is abusing his power over Twitter (X) — and it sounds like he absolutely nailed it.

This is huge if true...

"I'm going to tell you something else and I can't prove this but I think that he's doing," Cuban said on the Impaulsive with Logan Paul podcast.

"I think he's taking old abandoned accounts that, you know, accounts someone opened in 2015 and hasn't used since 2015 — and turned them into bots to amplify the number of users on the site," he said.

"Which he said he was fighting against," interjected one of the hosts.

"Right," said Cuban. "He controls them right? They're his bots."

BREAKING: Donald Trump sabotages America once again and orders Republican senators to vote against President Joe Biden's judicial nominees — undermining the will of the people who elected Biden.

There's just one big problem for Trump...

"The Democrats are trying to stack the Courts with Radical Left Judges on their way out the door," Trump wrote on Truth Social. "Republican Senators need to Show Up and Hold the Line—No more Judges confirmed before Inauguration Day!"

Unfortunately for MAGA, Democrats still control the Senate. They are racing to appoint judges that can serve as a bulwark against the wave of fascist appointees that the next Trump administration is sure to empower.

Thankfully, Democrats are planning to possibly work through weekends and even the Christmas recess to confirm as many judges as they possible can. The future of the Republic depends upon it.
