@AmberIllig@wetarynitup Really like the methodology. How do you track/calculate the high risk investments on an ongoing basis? Do you calculate the % of available $ on the front end only, or do you have a method of valuing those investments consistently? I’ve struggled to account for those as % of total
@davidcbaker Your content is consulting heavy (great). You also recognize the tactics/commodity room has some good work inside (through strategy door). I have seen little practical content for managing scope of commodity work when things change (w/ your hate for time tracking/billable hour)
