We are deeply saddened to hear that actress Pauline Quirke has been diagnosed with dementia.
Her husband Steve Sheen said that the Birds of a Feather star, 65, was diagnosed in 2021 and is stepping away from acting after a glittering 50-year career.
We’re sending our best wishes to Pauline, Steve and the family as they navigate her diagnosis.
When the time is right, Pauline and Steve have pledged their support to the charity and will be working with us to raise awareness of dementia and funds for research.

@LloydsBank Sorry you keep giving me the same numbers .. I’ve explained the problem now three times with the pre recorded announcements… perhaps it’s best if I speak to Customer Services as we are just going around in circles
@LloydsBank The number you gave me earlier in the thread. Is there a postal address or email address? There cannot be just one telephone number.
You have to submit claims within certain timescales so surely your organisation is facilitating overflow contact solutions?

It says on a pre recorded announcement that you are only dealing with enquiries of an urgent nature however if you progress line goes dead as soon as claim number goes in. We need to send documentation you hence request for email address.
@LloydsBank So are you confirming there is no issue with talking about an ongoing issue as the recorded announcement says you are only dealing with urgent queries?
@LloydsBank Sorry I can’t get the link to work and the message on the contact centre number I’ve been using is saying you aren’t accepting non urgent calls.
