Never buy a car from @vroomcars. My sister bought a car two months ago and is still waiting on the title to be transferred. She now can’t drive the car because it doesn’t have valid plates and can’t get anyone to tell her the status of what’s going on. #horriblecustomerservice

@vroomcars When you buy a new car from vroom you won't be able to drive it for months since vroom can't actually register your car. This isn't a joke. You will be paying for a car you can't legally drive for months on end and no answers from their customer service located internationally.
