@BravesStats But you DONโT have that knowledge when trades are made. Comparing 1 season to 18 is dumb. As a fan, I love when organizations go for it all ๐
@BravesStats So we agree that the Drew peak season and 9 years of Hudson (32.4 combined war) was greater than 10 seasons (1+ in the minors) wainwright (26.2 war).
Not perfect comparison but certainly more logical than comparing 1 season to an 18 year career
@BillShanks Absurd to compare Wainwrights entire career to one season of JD Drew without knowing and including how the Braves spent his career earnings of $184M.
The Braves signed Tim Hudson instead of resigning JD. So now you have to include Hudsonโs career also.
@Time4Bama@toby_barker@jworkmoore@RealWilliamCarr@BillShanks You have to go for it some years to win a WS. JD Drew was on a team that won 96 and the division.
Comparing wainwrights entire career is absurd without including how the Braves also spent ($184M) his career earnings.
@CrosbyBaseball Hurry back King Drake. Actually, more importantly, just come back when youโre ready. This shows the immense value of Drake. Especially at C.
