I think if you grew up in Beverly Hills with super successful parents in what was simply a smaller mansion… nobody needs to hear your thoughts on success/work ethic. This same 24 hours in the day shit is a nightmare. 99.9% of the world grew up with a VERY different 24 hours.

Just found out one of my techs is currently at the AB border protesting in a company issued work vehicle!!! I’ve already ordered a private tow company to pick up the vehicle. His position has been terminated and I’ve decided to let him figure it out for himself.

It is so important that adults help kids make sense of their experience and their feelings. Doing so resources them, and reduces the likelihood of enduring trauma.
