The jam making begins with our prep tools. We start by peeling, grating, squeezing and chopping all of the fresh fruit that goes into each of our preserves. Small batches and attentional to all the little delicious details is how we make fruit shine!

We may be biased but we’re pretty proud of our labels! Designed by Chad Roberts Design, we think they complement the old world uniqueness of our preserves perfectly.
If you’re running low on fresh or frozen fruit, try adding a spoonful of one of our Plain Ol’ Jams to the blender for your next smoothie! The hardest part will be choosing which flavour to use - Blueberry, Raspberry or Strawberry (a personal favourite!).
Another tool of our trade… the trusty mortar and pestle! We use this to grind up herbs and spices used in our preserves like these dried chilies for our Heirloom Tomato & Chile, a fleeting seasonal creation we make in the summer.
