Sadly there are really no rules or regulations around avocado oil. Good news is that things labeled as made with olive oil are a much more trustworthy option as olive oil has more established standards and a lot more developed regulatory oversight. I’m anti government involvement and regulation in 99% of cases but someone has to hold these companies accountable for blatantly lying to people. Just not buying this shit isn’t enough these people need to be punished.
I’ll never understand why people especially Americans simp for china. Like “hey look at this dystopian ass city in china that you’ve never heard of that has 20 million people living stacked on top of each other isn’t it so awesome?” No it’s not actually.
If you see me driving and I’m whipping, I’m speeding in the Porsche don’t don’t try and drive with me. Monkey ass motherfuckers don’t know how to drive. Stay the fuck away from me. If you see me whipping fucking let me whip and get out the way that’s it.
6 Ways big food is feeding you bugs without telling you
1. A red dye from crushed beetles
Female cochineal insects are farmed on cactus in Peru, dried, and crushed for red dye. The FDA forced it to appear on labels in 2011 after cases of allergic reactions. Scan labels for carmine, cochineal extract, natural red 4, crimson lake, or C.I. 75470.
2. Insect secretion as “confectioners glaze”
The lac bug in India and Thailand coats tree branches in hardened resin to protect their eggs. Harvesters scrape it off and dissolve it in alcohol. It's the shine on Whoppers, Milk Duds, Raisinets, Junior Mints, and Jelly Belly beans. It's also the wax on supermarket apples. Look for confectioner’s glaze, resinous glaze, and shellac.
3. Ground up crickets in your tortilla chips
Acheta domesticus is the common house cricket. Roasted, ground, and milled into flour, it turns up in Chirps tortilla chips, Exo protein bars, Bitty Foods cookies, and Entomo Farms powders. The label rarely says cricket. It says Acheta, and almost nobody stops to look it up. Look for Acheta, Acheta powder, cricket flour.
4. Imported Chinese bug dye in your candy
Crush the same insect that makes shellac, wash the residue, and you get a red dye. Japan, China, and Korea approve it for food. It comes into the US inside imported products, where it appears as a color-index number instead of a name. Look for: Natural Red 25, CI 75450, lac dye.
5. Beetle larvae in European bread and pasta.
As of February 10, 2025, yellow mealworm powder can be used in bread, rolls, cakes, pasta, processed potatoes, and cheese.. One French company holds exclusive rights to sell it for five years. Look for Tenebrio molitor on the label.
Craziest thing about this is at first the FDA refused to even look at Moderna’s request for approval. The person who ultimately made that decision was fired and about two weeks later was replaced by a former Moderna employee. Then a few weeks after that the FDA suddenly approved it.
I been tryna tell folks to stop buying supplements from Amazon they have some of the worst quality control I’ve ever seen from any company. Up until a year or two ago anybody could sell a supplement on Amazon without having to submit a COA which of course leads to shit like this happening.
Crazy I caught covid a few days ago after doing mad research into fauci and his cronies engineering the virus. Probably a coincidence but the timing is strange
@TakeThiamine One of my best friends in high school got on SSRIs freshman year and turned into a completely different person in front of my eyes it was wild to see. That shit is the devil.
