We aspire to be at a higher level like yourselves one day and we may be able to grow a bigger team, so thanks for providing some inspiration, but less belittling next time would be appreciated. Thanks

We are delighted to announce a new partnership between Newbury Town FC and Mettal, who will become our principal club sponsor and feature on both our home and away shirts for the 2026/27 season.

Mettal is a highly successful local company with a fantastic track record of supporting grassroots sport, and we are incredibly proud to welcome them to the Newbury Town family.

Chairman, Danny Langford, gave his thoughts, saying: “I would like to personally thank George and everyone at Mettal for their belief in our club and their commitment to supporting football at the grassroots level. We are excited to begin what I am confident will be a strong and successful partnership, both on and off the pitch”.

Over the coming weeks, keep an eye out for the launch of our brand-new home and away kits featuring the Mettal logo. I have no doubt they will be a huge hit with our supporters.
