Sharing my experience of try to get help in this city:

Called 112, they are like if you have got away then it’s not our problem, visit police station

Called 1902 (number lister on Karnataka State Police), we don’t have tools to log this complaint.

Called Whitefield Police Station, which side of road were you standing. It’s not our problem, that side is under Varthur

Varthur police station is not reachable.

@blrcitytraffic this is just not traffic violation, the person was pretty aggressive and tired to ramp the vehicle on me. You can also see that this person is not wearing helmet

@DrSJaishankar Also sharing my experience as a parent while getting my infant’s passport issued.

Having a dedicated token counter for infants/disabled applicants is a good step, but the rest of the process should also account for their needs. We spent 2 hours at the PSK completing the process.

A more child-sensitive and considerate process would make a real difference for families.

It’s unfortunate that parents are being asked to bring an infant to a police station for passport verification.

The case didn’t ordinarily require police verification under Passport Seva guidelines, but the Granting Officer exercised discretion and initiated pre-verification—which is fine.

But asking an infant to come to the station instead of conducting a home visit feels unnecessarily burdensome.

Civic sense should start with public administration.

@driveu_in My problem is not with the fact that you have 3 day window. The issue is that customer support was not open to have a conversation, but was giving robotic reply, that we can't call back, you should have reported the issue in 3 days!

@driveu_in it’s very hard to talk to your customer service. They are very insensitive. There was an incident which happened on a insured booking, when trying to talk to your customer support. The incident happened when my wife was with an infant and she couldn’t report on time.

@JAL_Official_jp why do you discriminate flights b/w Narita with India vs Narita and San Francisco. Example of differences -toiletries, bedding availability. Both flights are similar in duration 10h vs 8h. I have flew other airlines via Dubai, they don’t for sure

@Chaayos shouldn’t your stores prioritise customer order within restaurant over delivery orders? As a customer I am already making and effort of coming in and paying higher price compared to delivery. It’s frustrating to wait for 30 mins in a empty store

@krishnabgowda I can tell you how we get pot holes on a constructed road:

1. When the road is repaired and there was existing pothole, instead of root causing the problem and identifying why it occurred we simply fill stuff and create new road
