@krishnabgowda I can tell you how we get pot holes on a constructed road:

1. When the road is repaired and there was existing pothole, instead of root causing the problem and identifying why it occurred we simply fill stuff and create new road

@krishnabgowda 4. Gravel from construction material, In bangalore I have barely ever seen any truck carrying gravel or debris being covered with green cloth, when large pieces fall over and heavy vehicles move over them they damage the surface, starting chain reaction for damage

@krishnabgowda 3. The cabling guys, I have seen them often come within a 1-2 month of fresh road build, and start making small holes for laying new wires and they never patch them back, and when it rains these holes get bigger

@krishnabgowda 2. I have often see roads are laid and they lay it over man holes directly, this during rains create water pressure, or when there is water logging, someone will come and start searching for manholes and start breaking road at different places
