I visited the Domino's outlet at Village Khoikipur, District Ambala, Haryana, after placing an order at 8:30 PM.
At 8:46 PM, I received a notification stating that my order had been prepared and was ready for pickup. Based on that update,
Delays can happen, but inaccurate order status updates and discourteous customer service are not what I expect from Domino's.
Is this the standard of customer experience Domino's now aims to deliver?
Even the quality of the Pizza was not good. So poor.
What was even more disappointing was the response from the staff. When I pointed out that I would have received the pizza at my home within 30 minutes if I had chosen delivery, I was rudely told to "go home and order from there."

This has been ongoing for over 48 hours and our API keys are still not functioning.
This is a critical failure on your end, and it is costing us ~₹50,000 per day in lost revenue.

First response took 16 hours.
We need this escalated immediately to a senior technical team and resolved on priority. If this is not addressed urgently, we will be forced to evaluate alternative providers and take legal remedies.
You asked for details, which were shared within 30 minutes. Since then, another 18+ hours have passed with zero action or update.
This level of delay on a production-blocking issue is not acceptable for a payments platform.
