@RBI @ICICIBank Requesting clarification on the ₹5,000 wallet-loading fee threshold. If I load ₹4,995 into Amazon Pay Wallet and a 2.5% convenience fee pushes the total above ₹5,000, does the threshold apply to the wallet amount or total card charge?

@RBI @ICICIBank @ICICIBank_Care @amazonpay @amazonIN @amazon @RBI loaded ₹4,995 into Amazon Pay Wallet, but the 2.5% convenience fee pushed the total to ₹5,119.88. ICICI then charged ₹51.20 + ₹9.22 IGST as wallet-loading fees.
@ICICIBank, is the ₹5,000 threshold based on the wallet amount or total card charge? Please clarify??
