My Wi-Fi is not working since yesterday & despite filing an official complaint, no technician or resolution has been provided.
Utterly disappointed with this careless attitude.

I placed my orderer on 26 September & promised for delivery by 30 September, is still undelivered as of 4 October, despite repeated follow-ups & escalations.

I’m a Prime member, yet I’m being made to chase Amazon for my own paid order. Escalated this morning; promised final resolution by 7 PM. After 50+ calls, still NO resolution….!!!
