Even before Islam, Idol worshippers believe that the idol had a connection with Allah. They know there is a creator and they call him in Arabic ( Allah )

They used the same name. Same as Christian Arab BEFORE ISLAM

The Quran verses can only be properly understood when read within their full context, considering the reasons for revelation. Not picking one verse out of context

If you were respectful like Jesus Christ told you to do so, I would explain each one with sources not pics.

Al-Walā’ (Allegiance):
Loving, supporting, and strengthening those whom a person aligns with in faith and creed.

Al-Barā’ (Disavowal):
Disassociating, disliking, and rejecting those who do not share the same creed or oppose it.

1. It must be in religion and creed

Allegiance is for those who believe in Allah alone and acknowledge His oneness.

Disavowal is directed toward polytheists or those who deny the fundamental pillars of faith.

2. It must not justify injustice or aggression

Allegiance should never lead to oppressing others or harming individuals or society.

Justice and mercy are always required, even when disavowing.

3. It should be clear in actions and intentions

Al-Walā’ wa al-Barā’ is not just about feelings but should manifest in deeds like

support, calling to faith, and distancing from supporting disbelief.

4. It should not affect basic human rights

Cutting ties of kinship or unjust harm to others due to disavowal is not permissible.

Good treatment towards others is obligatory as long as they do not fight against the religion.

5. It must not contradict general Shariah commands
Such as maintaining security, respecting laws, and abiding by social regulations.

There are other conditions like Ethical and legal boundaries and Not contradicting public interest and civil laws

1) Do understand the verse is talking about prophet Abraham peace be upon him and his people, right?

It concerns religious disavowal, not social hostility, nor contradict friendship, kindness, or justice

2) they are regarding religious and political loyalty, not friendship and good treatment.

(9:23) The verse does not forbid kindness or good treatment
