- Both insurance company doctors refuse to give their names and numbers
- Neither insurance doctor has ever performed the surgery she’s trying to get approved
- They tell her they don’t even have the power to approve or deny her request
- UnitedHealthcare makes the decisions, regardless of what their own doctors recommend

“The Medical Decision was not up to the doctors on the call, it had already been made by United”
