A diagnosis unlocks so many services that we wouldn’t have been able to receive otherwise. Early diagnosis is key to making as much progress as early as possible.

To put the cherry on top @NFM_Lending @NFMLending has threatened to report my account as being in default if I only send the amount that I should actually be paying to them. No waiver while pending investigation, no recourse for me or my family. You should be ashamed!

3-4 months of overpaying by $800 because of an error on @NFMLending @NFM_Lending part. The absolute worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my life. They refuse to do anything but send me to collections assistance.
