Isometric exercises can be very useful for the rehab of tendons.
If you have long term issues with golfers elbow, you have a tendon issue, and need tendon rehab.

Listen to the cues in the video and give this a try.
Rest, ice, and traditional stretching will not fix your golfers or tennis elbow if it’s been lingering for a while.
You need load.
Improve Your Shoulder Turn 🏌️♂️
This may require increasing your thoracic spine rotation.
This is the mid part of your back around your rib cage.
Sit up tall, spread your elbows wide, and keep them wide as your rotate your chest.
10 to 20 reps each side, everyday, minimum 🙂

5 to 8 reps each side on each exercise
2 to 4 rounds done as a circuit
Need a dumbbell or kettlebell.
I’m using 45lbs.
Try maybe 15 to 35lbs first.
