BREAKING: VP Vance announces major progress made by the United States and its negotiating team while finalizing a deal with Iran:
“Yesterday was a very, very good day. We made a lot of good progress. We did exactly what we wanted to do… the Iranians have agreed to invite IAEA inspectors back into their country. That is a major milestone for the American people. And the first step in permanently denuclearizing- permanently ending a nuclear weapons program in Iran.”
STARMER OUT.
Less than two years after Labour’s landslide victory, Keir Starmer has announced he will resign as Prime Minister.
From historic mandate to Downing Street exit — Britain is heading into another leadership battle.
The question now: does the UK need a new Labour leader, or a new election?

BREAKING: President Trump praises Israel and Netanyahu.
“We've fought very well with Israel, a great relationship with Israel. Netanyahu is a warrior, and they should give him credit.”
In Germany, select supermarkets have introduced a thoughtful innovation for dog owners: pet parking pads.
These are modern, temperature-controlled and ventilated kennels installed near store entrances, allowing dogs to rest safely and comfortably while their owners shop inside. Developed by companies like DogSpot, the pods are designed to be secure, hygienic, and low-stress for pets. Owners can lock and unlock them conveniently via a smartphone app or a store-issued code.
The system helps prevent common risks such as dogs being tied up outside in bad weather or left in hot cars. The kennels maintain a pleasant climate year-round and feature transparent panels so dogs can see their surroundings, helping to reduce anxiety.
Mr. President,
The pager operation against Hezbollah was a masterpiece of modern warfare. Israel also executed a brilliant 12-day operation against Iran that left the regime in shock, its top generals assassinated, and the Ayatollahs held by the throat.
Yet every time Israel had momentum, whether in Gaza, Lebanon, or against Iran, you personally intervened and stopped them at the worst possible moment.
you were personally briefed by Mossad that defeating Iran would take at least a year of consistent pressure. Yet you pushed for quick results, changed the original plan, and turned what could have been a strategic victory into a strategic defeat.
Now, after signing a humiliating deal that buried the Iranian nuclear threat instead of eliminating it, you come out blaming Israel for taking too long and for how it fights.
The question of civilian casualties should be addressed to Hezbollah, not Israel. Hezbollah deliberately operates from within populated civilian areas, using civilians as human shields and endangering their own people.
This strategic failure is not due to Israeli incompetence. The main problem has been your repeated intervention and bad timing.
You don’t get to sabotage the campaign and then blame Israel for the results.

This is the impossible standard Israel is constantly handed:
Iran fires missiles at Israel — and somehow Israel is still the country expected to show restraint.
Now Trump is signaling that Netanyahu may have to accept whatever deal Washington reaches with Tehran. But here is the problem: a deal that pressures Israel while Iran keeps launching missiles is not peace. It is leverage against the wrong side.
Diplomacy only works when the threat is contained. Not when the regime firing at Israeli civilians gets rewarded with concessions while Israel is told to absorb the danger.
Israel should never be forced to gamble with its own survival to satisfy someone else’s deal.
Iran fires.
Israel defends.
That distinction matters.

Ballistic missiles aimed at Israeli civilians are not “resistance.” They are terrorism.
Stop laundering it. Stop excusing it. Stop blaming Israel for defending its people.
Iran firing at civilians is the escalation. Israel responding is self-defense.
Hezbollah keeps firing. Israel is supposed to stay silent? 772 attack waves since the ceasefire began — and too many still pretend the northern front is quiet. When Hezbollah attacks, the world looks away. When Israel defends itself, the world suddenly finds its voice.
WHEN HEZBOLLAH FIRES,
THE WORLD LOOKS AWAY.
A ceasefire on paper does not mean quiet in real life.
In just the last three days, Hezbollah attacks killed three IDF soldiers and injured more than 20 others.
According to Alma Research, Hezbollah has carried out 772 attack waves since the ceasefire began, including drones, UAVs, rockets, missiles, anti-tank fire, and explosive devices.
When Israel responds, the world pays attention.
When Hezbollah keeps attacking, too many people look away.
Israel is not obligated to absorb attacks in silence.

We are about to see a significant demographic shift among Diaspora Jews, one that will affect voting patterns as well
Some will make Aliyah and move to Israel and put security as the top of their voting priorities
Others, especially from the Northeast USA and Canada, will move to the American South and Southwest and end up voting Republican, largely out of disgust for where the Democratic Party is headed
Canadian Jews may end up relocating to the USA
Demographics, it is said, is destiny
It may not be entirely predictable, but it has a substantial impact in more ways than people realize
TRUMP SAYS HE STOPPED A MAJOR RAID IN LEBANON
President Trump says he spoke with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and asked him not to move forward with a major raid in Beirut.
He also says he spoke with representatives of Hezbollah’s leadership, who agreed to stop firing at Israel — with Israel agreeing to stop firing in return.
His words: “Let’s see how long that lasts — hopefully it will be for ETERNITY.”
This is one of those moments where the world will be watching closely. If it holds, it could be significant. If it doesn’t, Israel will once again be expected to absorb attacks while the world debates its response.
Diplomacy is always preferable. But peace has to mean no rockets, no terror fire, and no one-way ceasefires.

NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani is set to skip the Israel Day Parade -reportedly the first sitting mayor to do so in more than 60 years.
That makes showing up even more important.
Jewish visibility matters.
We do not cower.
We show up.

Helen Mirren — an Academy Award-winning actress and one of the most respected figures in film — was verbally attacked in London for saying antisemitism is wrong and Jews shouldn’t be murdered.
That should not be controversial.
Calling her a “Zionist b*tch” in the street doesn’t help your cause. It exposes it.
Antisemitism is antisemitism. Call it out.

Shavuot is built around receiving the Torah — but also around asking better questions.
And honestly, I still have plenty.
One I’ve been thinking about:
Why does Judaism preserve so many different interpretations, debates, and minority opinions instead of just giving one simple answer?
That’s what I love about this tradition: you’re not supposed to have it all figured out. You’re supposed to ask.
The Simchat Torah Challenge is inviting people to submit their own questions about Judaism — anonymously, openly, and without judgment.
If you’ve ever had a question about Judaism but weren’t sure where to ask it, this is your sign.

The campaign is no longer the strategy.
The brands pulling ahead are not building bigger launches. They are building systems that make relevance repeatable — across creators, content, commerce, culture, and trust.
That’s the thesis behind my latest issue of ZMG Marketing Intelligence: “The campaign is breaking apart.”
Are you still planning campaigns — or building a relevance engine?

UNIVERSAL GREENLIGHTS IRAN RESCUE FILM
Hollywood is already turning one of 2026's most high-profile military operations into a major motion picture.
Michael Bay has reportedly been tapped by Universal to direct a film centered on "Operation Epic Fury," the rescue mission involving two American pilots downed during the April 2026 attacks in Iran.
Bay — known for high-intensity military action films like 13 Hours and Transformers — appears set to bring the story to the big screen with the scale and spectacle Hollywood expects from him.
The intersection of geopolitics, media, military history, and entertainment continues to move faster than ever.

Not gonna lie, there’s a lot about Judaism I’ve been curious about but never asked. Shavuot feels like a good time to change that. The Simchat Torah Challenge will actually be going through people’s questions and responding! Submit yours here.
