The Gospel is all the Gospel needs to be the Gospel.

It doesn't need our performance to make it powerful. It doesn't need our works to complete what Christ has already finished. It doesn't need anything we can add to make it enough.

When we hear and receive the Gospel, we are receiving the good news of what God has already accomplished for us in Christ. The Gospel carries everything it needs to reveal Jesus, His finished work, and the Grace that has been freely given to us.

The Gospel does not become more complete because of what we do. We simply respond to what has already been done by Jesus Christ.
