Many will have opinions and strong reactions. I get it. Tiger disappointed a lot of people, and more significantly, he put others in harm's way. He deserves to be accountable and face consequences.

What I'd like to say is this...

Be on guard. Whether we realize it and accept it or not, we are all capable of decisions that hurt us and others if we are not continually living a life of humility, gratitude, and self-awareness.

Trust me, I learned the hard way. I carry that warts and scars every day.

And I work with countless people who never envisioned they'd be in the jam they're in.

So, please, protect your heart and mind!

But....

If you find yourself in a spot like Tiger's (broken, humiliated, judged, etc), while there will always be people who look down on you and won't believe it, there is indeed a Next Shot. There is hope and opportunity for those willing to seek healing and growth.

It's not handed to you. And it takes time. It's not a linear ascent, but the worst moments in our lives need not turn into an indefinite string of shanks and misses. Put one good shot that keeps you coming back after another!

Rooting for Tiger. And rooting for you!
