@AkinAdeyi3 @sowore Educate yourself, If a case is initiated by the police in court in a magistrate court , police prosecutor can discontinue the said case, while it is not absolute but this can set the dismissal in motion and this is one of such scenarios.

@NigBarAssoc I am really embarrassed by how difficult and stressful to reach NBA as a lawyer. You never get response from enquiries. The only time you guys are active or responding is when BPF, Conference fee or election is happening. It is disheartening!

@LeaguesReporter The defender can’t move towards the ball cos that is the work of a defender, as long as his hand is not away from its natural position; it is never a penalty. You would not expect a defender not to react to defend his goal either with his head, body, shoulder.
