When On Athletics Club was founded in 2020, no one – except maybe coach and club mastermind Dathan Ritzenheim – could have envisioned just what an outsize impact the Colorado-based training group would have on the sport.

Fast forward three years later, and the club is full of record holders from around the world and some of the fastest runners in the history of the sport. This outdoor season alone saw national records from the likes of:
