I really feel bad for the owners of these cars. Some of them might still be paying off their car loans. Imagine watching your hard-earned property get destroyed like this. Meanwhile, the flood control crooks can afford to buy a hundred of these cars without even breaking a sweat. If you’re still not angry, I don’t know what will wake you up. Nakakagalit!

I think DENR ang may kasalanan sa matinding baha sa Cebu. Yung mga subdivision sa taas ng bundok. Paano nagkapermit yun.
