They claimed months ago they were going to house homeless ppl in hotels, and other housing and that has hardly happened! We need help!

How is this safe, human, health and right for EVERYONE this is effecting including the homeless? Also very interesting that just 2 block up when you get into the richer neighborhood there are NO TENTS!
