@EddyFurniss Great point. Let’s hope the kids who are in the position to get there MBA follow your lead, but what I’ve seen many of the kids are not in a position to graduate in 4 years for a variety of reasons. Who knows maybe they can use the 5th year to gradate with degree.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗶𝘀𝗻𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝗷𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

• The nationwide preliminary injunction remains in effect. Judge Charlotte Sweeney has not stayed it. No Tenth Circuit order staying or narrowing it.

• The NCAA is appealing and has asked Sweeney to stay the injunction while that appeal proceeds.

• Wisne plaintiffs have filed an emergency motion asking Sweeney to enforce the injunction more aggressively. Their argument is the NCAA's implementation is preventing class members from receiving the practical benefit of the ruling.

• The relief they're asking is to stop blocking class members from accepting available roster spots, clearly notify schools of their eligibility, and establish a workable process for athletes trying to use the additional season.

• The NCAA disputes the plaintiffs' interpretation. Sweeney has not ruled on either the stay request or the enforcement motion.
