@PenguinUKBooks I used to have my books by the bed, but they've moved to the sitting room. Now, I keep my Kindle in the bedroom, because I can read it at night, even if my boyfriend is already asleep. The bedside lamp's light used to wake him up, as we don't always wind down at the same time.

@British_Airways , I get that your customer service is busy with recent cancellations. But I applied for a refund in May (more than 2 months ago!), because YOU cancelled my original flight. No update, can't reach anyone. - Sincerely, a poor student dreading her next rent payment.
@British_Airways The link only tells me that you are busy. There is no way to see where my refund process is at. And several months is way too long for any refund... I booked those flights with my student email which I will lose access to in the summer. I can't even update my email for the refund
@Plusnet - been waiting for months (!!!) for my Plusnet Reward card. My contract started in May. I got the "ClaimConfirmation" email on 20th July. It's October now and still nothing. Called your customer service 2-3 weeks ago. They have no clue what to do about it! :(
