@GrulkeLamonte For prices to continue to increase, rates would have to drop or wages would have to increase. Increasing wages just leads to the snowball rolling down the hill, leading to higher and higher prices. Lower interest rates could lower the monthly payment but create more inflation.

Addison and AJ Barner (0.5) are roster cloggers. Good lesson learned but I would never get mad. It’s on me anyway. I could have pulled the trade.

@jeremykauffman I can’t understand how the families making under 80k can make it… and if they have kids…. It would be impossible…. But yeah… personal responsibility. It takes a finance degree to make ends meet. This argument to the other side is disingenuous at best. Insurance, cars, etc
