When someone is unable to feel empathy, they look at people as problems. There's an agenda, and now you are causing a friction in the system. 'Empathy' feels like you are being brainwashed into getting over your stuff quickly & focus on the future.
A future based on their needs.
So how do you spot the difference?
Genuine empathy feels safe. You can be vulnerable knowing nothing you say will be used against you. You are not a burden, just a human going through human stuff.

65% if you have someone that can keep you accountable.
95% if you have accountability syncs with them.
