Hanover Park has crossed $40 billion in assets!
Thank you to the clients who partner with us to push the frontier of AI and finance.
Our only goal: make every client a "raving fan".
And we're just getting started. $40B is less than 0.03% of the $147 trillion assets globally.
South Park Commons crossed $2 billion AUM and selected @hanoverpark as the firm’s first AI-native fund administrator.
What changed:
→ Closing docs land, and agents assist in booking the investment
→ Capital calls hit LP inboxes the same day
→ Live fund metrics from his own AI assistant through our MCP. No ticket, any day of the quarter.
→ Q2 LP reporting went from 57 days to 38 days
What didn’t change: white glove service.
Siddhant Jain Jaiswal said it best: “Execution moves, ownership doesn’t.”
In five years, nobody will describe a fund administrator as "AI-native." It will just be what fund administration means, the way nobody says "cloud-based" anymore.
The question for every CFO is whether they made the switch while it was still a choice or after it became a requirement from LPs.
@spc chose early because it fit how the firm already operates. SPC runs its own workflows on frontier AI models: sourcing, portfolio tracking, LP reporting, internal ops. Fund admin was the last piece of the stack still living in email threads and spreadsheets. Hanover Park closes that gap with a system of record built for agents to read and accountants to verify.
“As a fund, we focus on investing in people and businesses that are working on frontier areas of technology. We are better investors and operate more efficiently when we leverage tools and vendors that live on the frontier themselves. Hanover Park has led the way here.”

Nik Storonsky is one of the most hardcore and competitive founders I’ve ever talked to. He’s the founder of Revolut, a $115 billion company, and wants to be the number one bank in 100 countries.
When someone asked Nik if he was coming for Jamie Dimon's lunch, he said “I’m coming for his dinner.”
“We want to dominate, otherwise what’s the point?”
He removed every VC from his board, and when one investor pushed him too far, he started his own fund to compete with them.
Nik has a lot of ideas on talent, product design, marketing, constraints, and what makes founder-led companies special.
This is a fascinating conversation about competition, speed, and building a machine-like company.

In the summer of 2023, my friend @benspector, who co-founded Anysphere (aka Cursor), reached out to one top venture funds in Silicon Valley, suggesting we meet.
They turned down the intro, saying it wasn’t a category they were interested in.
Ben insisted that he thought our team was special and that they had to meet us, but the partner still wouldn’t even take a meeting.
I drove over to their office on Sandhill Road and left a note at the front desk saying: “I think you couldn’t be more wrong. This is the largest opportunity of the 21st century.”
They ignored my note, and I never heard back.
My cofounders were still enrolled and left torn as to whether they should drop out with no funding.
We ended up taking the leap of faith and building the fastest-growing company in history.
It was a valuable lesson in persistence and why not to listen to investors.
The best startups are deeply contrarian.
We made a video about the humans behind Hanover Park.
It's an obsessed team that's growing quickly.
Our founding team includes...
- Ex YC founders
- Harvard dropouts
- Team USA drone racers
- Top open-source contributors
