So trying to organise a replacement faulty @Amazon echo dot has been the worst customer experience I have ever encountered. The amount of time and effort spent on such a straightforward issue is staggering. Never known incompetence like it @AmazonHelp

@AmazonHelp Spent hours on this and I'm now out of pocket and still don't have a NEW replacement!!

@AmazonHelp 2/2 then told no refund. Argued and then told refund issued and I would still receive new one. Order then got canx. Spoke to someone else who insisted I order another new one and she would monitor a/c and issue refund. Email to confirm receipt. New item is not new and no refund!

@AmazonHelp 1/2 Yes, faulty echo dot well within warranty replaced with refurbished one which replicated fault. No power and no lights. Insisted on new one was sent another refurbished on. Made to order new one and told I would receive item and could organise refund. Have this in writing....
