Kim Jong Un, I am calling your attention to the situation in our examination hall as we approach our exams.

There are growing concerns about the extremely strict arrangement of the examination hall. The lecturers are making the hall so tight that there is barely enough space for students to even turn to their neighbors and ask questions.
