@USAA cancelled my car insurance through an automated system because of returned payments which I paid immediately after realizing I clicked the wrong saved account. My account was CURRENT. Been with them since 2016 and never had any issues. Also never paid over $200/month…….

@USAA My bill was literally paid up on June 5th. I was told by CS my account was set to cancel on June 27th. Ion get it. The same month ???? They told me they were sorry and sent me to a third party to see if I could find another policy that better suits me.. mmm ok

@USAA now why did I call the EXACT same day to see why my policy disappeared from my app and they quote me a new policy paying over $300/ month. I was so over it I didn’t even press the issue because the whole scenario of my insurance being cancelled doesn’t even make sense!
