@UnmaskTheSys So many gullible adults who believe this. No wonder we are failing as a country. Stop believing fake stories and use some intelligence people. #makeamericasmartagain
@libdunkmedia@nicksortor All these white people saying they don't see color when all the districts are being created as majority white is delusional. White fragility is hilarious.
@SaraGonzalesTX Imagine hating yourself so much that you're upset that people are speaking.... Spanish, as a Mexican. ๐คฃ๐คฃ The grifting for white supremacy is pathetic. ๐คก

Theo gets pulled over for a taillight that isn't broken. Does everything right. Ends up in handcuffs anyway. He goes to work the next day, back to the kids counting on him.
How do you keep showing up when the system doesn't protect you?
The Purpose of Life. May 26.
I've been deep in book mode lately, but I had to stop and share this.
One of my former players, Samir Gajmer, just made it to Stage 3 of the Ohio Olympic Development Program. I am so proud of this kid. He is one of the best players I've ever coached.
I cannot wait to see how far this journey takes him.
I also want to say this โ you don't have to spend thousands of dollars to develop as a player. It's not about the price tag. It's about the right coach and the right support system around you.
I wrote this book because I needed to answer the same question Theo does: Is it still worth it to keep going when the system you're protecting people from doesn't protect you back? The Purpose of Life. Book 3. May 26. #ThePurposeOfLife#ToDieToLive#IndieAuthor#ComingSoon
Why I wrote Book 3, The Purpose of Life. A thread.
I grew up in South Phoenix. I teach high school in Ohio now. But the kids I work with every day โ sharp, capable, full of potential โ they're carrying the same weight I saw back home.
I've had students killed. Students who disappeared from school and were never heard from again. I've cried with more kids in my classroom than I can count. I treat every one of them like my own.
Doing everything right might not be enough to protect them. They already know it.

The next day, he has to go back to work. Back to the kids who look up to him. The ones he's been telling: work hard, stay respectful, build something. It will matter.
How do you keep saying that after that?
