Someone placed a fraudulent order on my @UberEats account; I tried them on chat and phone and after being transferred around to "the right department" they just hung up on me. I'm sure my bank will make it right but the restaurant and driver will bear the cost. Terrible service!
@PapaJohns Spent 30 minutes deciding what pizza to order and carefully choosing ingredients, then this happened. Understandable given it's Christmas, but this should be earlier in the ordering flow (just like you have it in the takeout flow). Won't be using it again.
