@AmericanAir My mom and I were bumped off our flight in Barbados today with no advanced warning b/c the flight was oversold. Were kept in the airport for 4 hrs & given a $12 dinner voucher. I had to skip work, rearrange childcare and cancel my moms Friday dr appt. #unacceptable
