@fox6now Lynn at Ford financing told me, I don't even have the same engine as the recall and my VIN isn't part of the recall. Although mechanics at Lincoln tell me the engine problem I have is exactly the same as the recall. Yet, they politely say we cannot help you, sir. Help me!

@FOX9 Even if you have the exact same problem as their recall, it doesn't matter to Lincoln or Ford because if your VIN is not part of the recall, you're SOL.
