@AusPoll6 People have this idealistic notion that if it goes away they can magically afford a house. It in fact demonstrates the general lack of financial and economic understanding in the community. Also the fact it is still applicable for new homes means that investors will still compete

@Aidanbeltskeys @AlboMP I think people are struggling so much. They will take whatever they get. The unfortunate reality is by doing so, it contributes to higher inflation, higher interest rates and puts them further into poverty. An it becomes a vicious cycle.
