Our politicians and the teachers are at the heart of this travesty. The multiple schools on this list that have a zero… it’s embarrassing and criminal. How do you pay a principal $175,000 a year and he cannot get his teachers to teach. Pay raises and pension increases, that’s all these worthless teachers are there for. They don’t give a shit about the kids, if they did there would be no zeros. Don’t tell me the kids aren’t capable or teachable. That’s bullshit. Stop taking money from hard-working Americans, and handing it out to those not as fortunate… Perhaps try solving the poverty issue by educating our children. Give them a chance. Some will continue down the path they are already on, but others want out, others want opportunity. We owe it to them to give them an education. The majority of teachers in the CTU are worthless. They are more concerned about sex changes, Palestine and anything else that’s anti-American. When will the voters wake up and make a change? If we get the right leadership, you might get someone at the top with the balls to pursue reform within our government in Chicago. The only way we are going to lessen the cost burden is bankruptcy. The template is in the Detroit bankruptcy. It’s the only way you can get out from underneath the mountain of debt that has funded worthless initiatives, and lined pockets of politicians, while forcing the issue regarding the bloated pension payments, we are making to those who have their hands out. Just my opinion, perhaps others will agree.

I think he spoke nicely of the Reverend. I also knew Reverend Jackson, having had numerous conversations with him in the early 2000s at the East Bank Club. While we differ in our political views, we both shared the common decency and respect to let the other person speak and share their ideas. I found the Reverend to be very engaging and funny, we shared a love for America and at the end of the day that is the way it needs to be. Jemele, when was the last time you did that? If you don’t have an immediate answer, then the answer is never as we all know it to be.

100%. LeBron is a drama queen. For every fan he’s created there’s another fan who’s turned away. His drama is pathetic and his antics are juvenile.
