Chessington south line reduced to 1 train an hour, only to have the key rush hour train for that hour also cancelled. Do we not matter ?

@south_railway what happened to the trains today? I had family that wanted to visit me only to find out there is a bus replacement service instead of trains with no notice or reason for why.
Why are you not running a regular train service ?

@GoPro Thanks for the advice but I think the support page is really bad. It's been so long I've been trying to get a hold of someone and each time I get a step further I get more delays.
The page now says no agents available and doesn't seem to put me into a queue.
Is there a UK number?
