@Nnedi I apologize.
These conversations are hard to have with people close to us.
Here's another resource that has really helped me navigate these waters:

Happy Thursday!

@Nnedi I did not intend to claim anyone was uneducated.

Sometimes reviewing things like these can help us see what we've dug into believing.

@DonLDay These are helpful, but still sad to use:

@KBynumEDU Making a Google site for your classes that is organized by week might be a nice way to do it.

@danbixby Frozen peas are a great treat!

@SaadiaFaruqi "The Reality Dysfunction" by Peter F. Hamilton.

An excellent epic science fiction trilogy.
A little bit of something for everyone.

[Mr. Haines @therealmrhaines]

@DonLDay I recommend turning on your clipboard history. It's the best.

[Mr. Haines @therealmrhaines]

I want this to be clear to everyone.
Students are still learning with screens.
The future is digital.
Reading is still extremely important, and is still happening.

[Mr. Haines @therealmrhaines]

Reading is important.

It is acceptable to find out new information about the world.
It is acceptable to be wrong about things you have said in the past.
It is acceptable to change your opinion.
This is a learning opportunity.
If you aren't learning, then what are you here for?
Healing is within.

[Mr. Haines @therealmrhaines]

@danbixby So good. Thank you.

[Mr. Haines @therealmrhaines]

@paigesomoza @danbixby And to be mentioned in the same tweet with the one and only @paigesomoza. An honor indeed.

[Mr. Haines @therealmrhaines]

@danbixby @paigesomoza Thank you for being an awesome parent. It's always great to get a shoutout. Your kid is crushing it. There is a lot of talent and skill being developed over at the Bixby house. The future is bright.

[Mr. Haines @therealmrhaines]

You are loved. You are worth the time. Take care of yourself.

Enjoy your day!

[Mr. Haines @therealmrhaines]

@mrs5G I definitely don't remember making that typo.

[Mr. Haines @therealmrhaines]

@FalconsFairmont Mr. Crandell is the best.

Reading is a life skill that you should never take for granted.
Read everything. It might just save your life.
