A tourist was seriously injured Friday evening after being thrown 8 feet into the air by a bull bison in Yellowstone National Park. Professional photographer Mike Macleod filmed the incident and said the bison was "angry, agitated and charging anything and everything." (No audio)

Congrats to Rocket Lab who just completed a satellite deployment in 16 hours and 42 minutes from the moment the Space Force picked up the phone. For context: it takes 14 hours to fly nonstop from New York to Singapore. Rocket Lab put a satellite in orbit faster than a commercial flight crosses the Pacific. On-demand space access is no longer a concept. It's a product.
โI believe that autonomy is going to make aviation much safer.โ
After 27 years of flying C-130s and C-17s in the U.S. Air Force, Erin Staine-Pyne has seen firsthand what pilots are up against and how autonomy might help.
As she shares, autonomy's value can span the full range of flight, but what excites her most is mission autonomy: building capability where the system understands intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance, helping pilots operate safer, at a higher capacity, and improving aviation broadly.
The future of American aerospace is autonomous.
Ethan Williams was a visitor to our city when he was "randomly" murdered by a career criminal in October 2020. The NYPD worked for two years to find his killer, and the DA prosecuted it eptly enough. But no governor, mayor, state lawmaker, or city council member ever reached out to say, you know, we're sorry for your loss, can we help you with anything? The family has been patient and gracious to New York, considering that New York has behaved indifferently.
