@D_Molatoli Indeed, no one has yet appeared in a criminal court regarding Life Esidimeni. However, in Aug '25, the NPA received legal opinion recommending Mahlangu's prosecution for only 2 of the 144 deaths. A team of prosecutors was formed (to assess the legal opinion). Families are irked.
