We find 5th cut is sometimes the best of the year.

120 ton of hay bought and used.
Just bought 1000 bales.

@FitasFarmrswife @PhilNash2 It's so much easier Susie. Yes very busy at calving but you only ever have 2 groups of calves which makes everything easier and you have breaks with no calves allowing you to concentrate on other things. I'm looking forward to our block get tighter.And we now employ a calf rearer
