@RonDeSantis The measure does little to protect non-homestead property owners from having to foot the bill for all the lost revenue from "homestead" property owners. It's highly progressive. Plus, local governments are already pretty strapped for cash. Not much bloat to cut.
@ElissaSlotkin Use the purchasing power of the federal government to lower the cost of building supplies? WTH? How about the Federal Govn't stop spending so much money so that inflation comes down making it cheaper to build.
