The PKTT had to send an old police van to fetch Fadiel Adams in the Western Cape because they didn’t want him to accuse them of abusing state resources and driving fancy cars.

That’s a good response to someone who wants the police to chase criminals riding donkeys so that his corrupt bra can escape easily in fancy cars. I hope those officers didn’t waste our money buying him pies along the way, but gave him brown bread with pop drinks instead. They didn’t book him into other prisons for the night so they could rest, they just parked next to the road and rested there to minimise costs.

KwaZulu‑Natal police chief Lieutenant‑General Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi has thrown down the gauntlet to MP Fadiel Adams following a perjury complaint filed against him.

Speaking at the launch of the province’s festive-season policing plan in Durban, Mkhwanazi said, “I’m not afraid… if Mr Adams wants to use this to intimidate me, let it happen, bring it on.”

The complaint stems from Mkhwanazi’s earlier testimony to an Ad‑Hoc parliamentary committee investigating alleged corruption. In that testimony, he claimed that former police minister Bheki Cele received funds through a bank account linked to businessman Vusimuzi “Cat” Matlala.

Mkhwanazi later retracted the statement, saying the account information was incorrect and apologizing to Cele.

Mkhwanazi has confirmed he will return to parliament to clarify his testimony and explain the retraction.
Adams has lodged the perjury complaint at Cape Town Central police station, citing the retraction as evidence of false statements under oath. Mkhwanazi, however, insists he acted on information from his investigative team and remains ready to face any legal or parliamentary proceedings.

A new state-of-the-art avocado oil production factory, Ecovado, was recently opened in Dovheni village, Vhembe District in Limpopo.

The facility, launched in early October, has already created permanent jobs for local residents.

It manufactures Avocado oil and Avocado seed powder from unripe avocados, where the oil is used for cooking, while the seed powder can be used for various purposes such as health treatment, food preparation and other health-related purposes.

The factory plans to supply the local and international markets with its products. It is said, it has also managed to secure an export market in Italy.

Founder of Ecovado plant, Hulisani Mudau, said his vision is to empower the local economy, help the local government to create sustainable jobs, while at the same time instilling the spirit of self-manufacturing local products inside the country.

Helen Zille didn’t remove me, I left when I came across her secret meetings with ANC leadership to warn them about serious cases of fraud and corruption the city were pursuing. She persuaded them to come out of with a MONC against, and promised them support from white DA Cllr’s.
My sin to her was my refusal to stop providing services to poor communities, claiming that they don’t pay taxes and not voting for the DA.
Being asked to stop providing services to poor communities was and is still the biggest insult since the dawn of our democracy.
When I accepted to work with the DA to democratically remove the ANC, I was under the impression that people have repented and are aware of the brutal and unfair past.
How wrong I discovered!
