@ScottOake Kipper is a very quiet, but unbelievably classy guy. We hung out with Team Finland after they won the semi-finals in the World Cup in Minneapolis after they beat the US. He didn’t say much, but he was kind enough to give some smokes to my buddy Brent. True class!

@ScottBilleck There were 2k to 3k at the game that bought tickets for the sole purpose of seeing Connor Bedard. I can guarantee you that if they knew he was going to be injured, the attendance would have been in the range of 12,500 to 13,000. Still far too many nay-sayers in this market…

@TSN_Sports Big believer in “Hockey Gods”: when our (supposed) leader Max Comptois was flopping worse than Neymar, I knew we were going to lose. Hunter picking him for the penalty shot was a feeble attempt for what he did earlier. Bad breaks / bounces? Yes. Explanation? “Hockey Gods”!
