@TheRealXPac I feel your pain and I’m so sorry for your loss. My princess Betty shares a similar story. She was deaf and mostly blind, found wandering the streets and used for breeding. We happily gave her 1 year and 3 months of spoils and happiness before cancer took her from us.

@AlaskaAir Yes, I have called that number, made a claim and was told that the only people who would be able to tell me where my bags are are the same people that I can't get a hold of because they don't answer the phone and don't return my calls. It's very frustrating.
